2. You will submit your hack on BuilderBase
3. Your submission must include a max 3-minute demo video for our records
4. Judging takes place on January 24th from 9**:30 AM to 1:30 PM SAST**
5. In-person participants: Live demo during judging
6. Virtual participants: Live demo via Zoom during judging

Purpose: This video serves as an official record of your project and ensures we have complete documentation of all participant submissions.

• Maximum length: 3 minutes
• Upload to: YouTube or Google Drive (set permissions to "Anyone with the link can view")
• Must include: A working demo of your project - show, don't just tell!
• Recording tips: Use Zoom screen recording or any screen capture tool

Note: While you'll present live during judging, this video is required for all submissions as part of our hackathon archive.
